RATES are per week, rented Saturday to Saturday. Shorter or longer stays and flexible arrival dates may be negotiated out of season.
Low Season – October – April – 400 Euros
Shoulder Season – May and September – 500 Euros
High Season – July and August – 600 Euros
Christmas – 500 Euros
Rental price includes linens, towels, cleaning, taxes, internet, and phone.
A 30% deposit is due eight weeks before holiday. If less than eight weeks till holiday, full payment is due on booking. For cancellations more than six weeks before arrival date, 50 per cent refund, or full refund if we are able to rebook, minus 50 euro admin fee. For cancellations inside six weeks, no refund unless we are able to rebook. Then it is a full refund, minus 50 euro admin fee. Price includes all taxes.
Security/damage deposit 200 euros, due two weeks before arrival.
